Mr. Lawrence has advised major law firms, in-house legal departments, and institutional and individual investors on matters involving significant transactions and claims. Mr. Lawrence was previously a management committee partner in a major international law firm where he chaired the firm’s media and technology transactions practice and was a member of its strategic planning and compensation committees. Mr. Lawrence has served on the boards of a number of public and private companies and has over two decades of experience in designing, implementing and assessing domestic and international due diligence investigations and strategic joint ventures.
