Gary M. Lawrence is a leading expert in the field of due diligence. He is author of the highly acclaimed Due Diligence in Business Transactions which is now in its 27th release and co-author of Representing High Tech Companies which is in its 15th release. Mr. Lawrence has over 25 years of complex transaction experience including corporate finance, mergers/acquisitions and emerging technologies. Mr. Lawrence previously was a management committee partner in a major international law firm where he chaired the firm’s international media and technology transactions practice and served on the firm-wide strategic planning and compensation committees.
